Our experts will thoroughly assess your unit’s condition—lace, hair, cap, and more. For salon services, we’ll provide an ETA and quote on the spot. For more intricate cranial prosthesis or repair services, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a detailed custom plan tailored to your unit’s unique needs.

You’ll receive a personalized service plan with a clear timeline and pricing, ensuring transparency and confidence in the process. Whether it’s a simple tweak or an intricate repair, we map out every step to bring your wig back to life.

Receive Your Transformed Wig

Once your service is complete, your refreshed or repaired wig will be ready for pickup, delivery, or mail-in return. With every service backed by our Service Guarantee, you can trust that your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy, contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist.
