We will follow up within 48 hours post consult with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and price. On average, Our Prices vary from $150 to $495, depending on the complexity of the repair. Repairs include:

Replacing the Lace Frontal – Upgrade or fix worn-out lace for a like-new appearance.

Repairing Rips – Mend torn lace or materials in frontals, closures, or full wigs.

Cap Reconstruction – Resize or repair wig caps that are too large or damaged.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service, please call us within 48 hours of your original service date, and we will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment service with your original stylist. Adjustment services are scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any services.

We’ll collaborate with you to bring your vision to life, whether your wig needs a simple refresh or a complete transformation. During the consultation, we’ll assess your unit’s condition, discuss service options, and provide a clear timeline and cost estimate.
For mail-in orders, a virtual consultation is required to ensure we meet your expectations and understand your wig’s specific needs. Some units may be deemed unsuitable for servicing, but we’ll notify you during the consultation if this is the case.

Turnaround Time: Wig Salon services are typically processed 7–14 business days (Rush services available for an additional fee). Repair times range from 30-90 days, and vary based on the complexity of the repair. An estimated time of completion will be provided during your consultation.
Pricing: Units over 20 inches incur additional charges. Final costs and estimated completion times are provided during the consultation.
Mail-In Service: Mail-in orders require a virtual consultation, and an order authorization number will be provided.
