Shipping & Returns


Please note that all packages are inspected & shipped in a recorded facility.

At Adoriya, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient shipping services to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Product weight

  • Destination

  • Number of items in your cart

For orders that include online styling services (such as base cuts or haircuts), please allow an additional 5-10 business days for processing.

Overnight Shipping

For next-day delivery via Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Military and International Shipping

We proudly ship to APO/military addresses and international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for all VAT and duty charges.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, please anticipate possible delays due to higher shipping volumes. We recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays.

Processing Times
  • Standard Orders (No Add-Ons): Ship within 1–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Clearance Items: Ship within 1–3 business days and are final sale.

  • Add-On Services: May require additional processing time depending on the service. Any added time will be clearly stated during order placement.

  • PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDER PLACEMENT IF YOU REQUIRE RUSH DELIVERY.  WE WILL CONFIRM & WORK TO EXPEDITE YOUR REQUEST.

Clearance Items

To offer the lowest possible price, clearance items are shipped as-is and are not refreshed or restyled prior to shipment. These units are final sale and not eligible for returns or warranty upgrades.

Shipping Details
  • All shipping timeframes listed are processing times and do not include transit times.

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order has been dispatched.

  • Adoriya is not responsible for shipping carrier delays but will assist with tracking and resolution whenever possible.
