At Adoriya, we are proud to offer a 30-Day Guarantee on our cranial prosthesis wigs, allowing you to try them risk-free. We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you encounter any issues, we will gladly exchange your unit for another at no additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Simply submit an exchange request with your order number.

  • We highly recommend insuring the product for its full value, as Adoriya is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

Warranty Period:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Important Notes:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, brushes and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Coverage:

  • Protects against manufacturer defects

  • Eligible for minor repairs (ex: lace separation, loose tracks)

  • Valid for 30 days from delivery date

Exclusions:

  • Does not cover damage from improper care, heat overuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Lost or stolen items are not covered

EXTENDED WARRANTY – 3 MONTHS

Coverage:

  • Includes everything in the basic warranty plus:

  • Free repairs (tangles, minor shedding, loose lace, etc.)

  • Priority service for repair submissions

Value Protection: Up to full value of original wig purchase

PREMIUM WARRANTY – 6 MONTH​

Coverage:

  • Includes all prior benefits plus:

  • Free repairs or one-time replacement (if repair is not possible)

  • Ideal for daily wearers or clients with medical hair loss

Value Protection: Up to full value of original wig purchase
