Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the shipping method, weight of the products, destination, and the number of items in your shopping cart. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing if you select an online styling service (base cut and/or haircut). After completion, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you have selected.

All orders placed online with Overnight Shipping must be submitted and received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Any order placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please expect delays during the holiday season.

Return Policy

Hairpieces

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your untouched hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A restocking charge of 10% or more per item will be automatically applied if the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging.

If you have selected a final sale option, such as base cut, hair styling, bleached knots, perm, or any service that permanently alters the hairpiece, the hairpiece can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Any special requirements need to be addressed at the time of placing the order.

Hair Extensions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of ordering and must be in their original condition and packaging. Large returns are subject to a handling fee. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of ordering or once your item has shipped.

Supplies

All supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.

Custom Orders, Overstock, and Final Sale Items

All items located in the custom orders, overstock, and clearance categories are final sale with no return, no exchange, and no refund. All online service items, including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and coloring, are final sale. There is no return, no refund, and no warranty once the hairpiece has been permanently altered.

Full lace wigs are more fragile compared to other wig types (like lace fronts or synthetic wigs with thicker caps). This means they may tear more easily, especially if not handled with care during washing or application.

3. Maintenance

The premium nature of the ADY: Privé™ Full Lace wig requires meticulous care. Washing, detangling, and styling the wig can be more time-consuming, particularly because the lace can become damaged if not properly handled.

4. Limited Durability

Although full lace wigs provide a very natural look, they may not last as long as wigs with sturdier cap constructions. Daily wear and improper care can reduce their lifespan.
