Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the shipping method, weight of the products, destination, and the number of items in your shopping cart. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing if you select an online styling service (base cut and/or haircut). After completion, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you have selected.

All orders placed online with Overnight Shipping must be submitted and received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Any order placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please expect delays during the holiday season.

Return Policy

Hairpieces

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your untouched hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A restocking charge of 10% or more per item will be automatically applied if the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging.

If you have selected a final sale option, such as base cut, hair styling, bleached knots, perm, or any service that permanently alters the hairpiece, the hairpiece can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Any special requirements need to be addressed at the time of placing the order.

Hair Extensions

Returns are accepted within 7 days of ordering and must be in their original condition and packaging. Large returns are subject to a handling fee. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of ordering or once your item has shipped.

Supplies

All supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.

Custom Orders, Overstock, and Final Sale Items

All items located in the custom orders, overstock, and clearance categories are final sale with no return, no exchange, and no refund. All online service items, including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and coloring, are final sale. There is no return, no refund, and no warranty once the hairpiece has been permanently altered.

Due to the poly-based construction, some wearers may find the cap less breathable, which could cause discomfort, especially in warmer climates or during physical activity. Heat can build up under the cap, making it less ideal for prolonged wear without ventilation breaks.

2. Maintenance and Adhesive:

The polycap surface requires regular maintenance to keep it looking natural. Cleaning the adhesive can be time-consuming and might require specific products.

3. Cost:

As a medical-grade product designed for long-term wear, the PolyCap Pro™ tends to be more expensive than standard fashion toupees. While the durability justifies the cost over time, the initial price may be a barrier for some buyers.

4. Weight

The polycap can feel heavier than lace or other breathable materials, which could make it less comfortable for extended wear, particularly for those with sensitive scalps or medical conditions.
