Cancellation Policy

At Adoriya, we take pride in providing premium-quality wig spa services to rejuvenate and enhance your units. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients and to protect the business’s interests, the following policies apply to all spa services: Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required for all online bookings to secure your appointment. Consultation Required: Every spa service begins with a one-on-one consultation, either virtual or in-person, to assess your wig’s needs, provide an estimated completion time, and determine pricing. Rush Services: If you require expedited service, please notify us during your consultation. Rush services may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Standard Service Timeline: Most wig spa services are completed within 7–14 business days. Peak Season Variability: Completion times may vary during high-peak seasons, including holidays and promotional sales. During these periods, we’ll provide an updated ETA during your consultation. Pricing: All service costs are discussed during your consultation. Additional fees may apply for rush services, units exceeding 20 inches, or complex repairs. Final Pricing: A detailed price breakdown will be provided before services begin, and no work will be performed without client approval. Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $20 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will also be charged a $20 no-show fee. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. To avoid fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. Service Guarantee: At Adoriya, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service. Contact us within 48 hours of the original service completion date, and we’ll gladly provide a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist. Adjustment services are scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no additional charge. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. Condition of Units: Some wigs may be deemed unsuitable for servicing based on their condition. If this is the case, we’ll notify you during the consultation.
